The internet and digital information technologies have revolutionised the ways in which businesses can gain customer insights and deliver value. In this unit, students will explore fundamental concepts of online persona motives and goals, while learning to develop successful online marketing strategies that incorporate Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Additionally, students will gain practical knowledge of web analytics and social listening tools, examine privacy issues and ethical aspects of social media surveillance, and cultivate their ability to think creatively to stand out in a competitive digital landscape. |
