 Unit Overview:
What does ‘leadership’ mean exactly? What makes ‘great leaders’ and how can we learn to become better leaders ourselves? This subject exposes students to theories of effective leadership and challenges them to reflect critically on their own leadership style. It explores the interconnected aspects of power, leadership and ethics and how these translate into decisions, behaviour, change management and consequences both at an individual and organisational level.
In completing TMGT603, students will be required to complete the Graduate Skills Development Module “Case Study Analysis”.
