 Unit Overview:
The aim of this subject on Individual, Group and Organisational Behaviour is to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in the discipline area of organisational behaviour. The subject focuses on exploring how the attitudes, personality and values of individuals influence their work ehaviour, and how group and organisational structures influence, and are influenced by, those individual behaviours. 
This Introduction outlines all the information needed to get started, such as administrative and academic contacts, prescribed text(s) and important general information about Online Learning access, assessment policies, assessment tasks and exams. In completing TMGT602, each student will be required to complete the Graduate Skills Development Module “Group Work”. Evidence of module completion is to be submitted prior to in-class presentations.
