Unit Overview:
Administrative Law is concerned with the accountability of government administration for its decision making processes. The topics studied in Administrative Law are designed to assist students to understand government decision making, and to facilitate the knowledge and skills to challenge those decisions where necessary. This area of law has a high degree of relevance for contemporary society and Administrative Law skills are highly valued in legal practice.
