I teach TFIN204 Financial Markets and Institutions. I am interested in Monetary Economics and Central Bank Independence. I am an inspiring lecturer in Economics and Banking and Finance. With empathy, Atta combines theoretical knowledge and industry experience to help students of diverse backgrounds understand the fundamental concepts of economics and apply them in the real world. This is because I believe that Economics is the foundation of every course in business, including Banking and Finance and a successful business career, everyone should be encouraged to learn economics. I am always delighted to see and hear, by the middle of the term, students say “I, now like economics because I apply the concepts”.
