| This unit provides an introduction to data and information technology projects, their planning and control. It covers scope management, change management, data project planning and the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK). The unit also examines the interactions between data and systems, stakeholders and project implementation.The unit also analyses the legal and ethical aspects of data project management and provides an opportunity to critically analyse, reflect on and research common data project management challenges with the aim of increasing data quality and useability. | |
