Request for an Academic Transcript

Request for an Academic Transcript

Before you request your academic transcript, ensure you have no outstanding fees. Your transcript request will not be processed until all debts/sanctions are cleared.

Requests for academic transcripts are processed at the time the request is submitted – transcripts cannot be ordered in advance.

If you order your transcript before the result release date for a session, any units enrolled for that session will not be included.

If you are expecting to complete your degree and wish for your transcript to show your qualification date, you need to wait for your completion letter or check your unofficial transcript to see if it’s displayed there first, before you place your transcript request.

Please note that we do not use MyEquals, and third-party institutes may contact us directly at myrecords@imc.edu.au for document verification.

How long will it take to process my transcript?

Collection: please allow a minimum of 3 business days once you’ve requested your transcript for collection. During peak periods (e.g. orientation and results release week) please allow up to 5 business days for collection.

Note: If you request to have your document posted out to you, please refer to Australia post for delivery times.

Official transcripts that have been printed for collection will be stored for 3 months from the payment date. Documents not collected after three (3) months will be securely destroyed.
