 Unit Overview:
This unit is to introduce students to data structures and programming techniques that can be used to collect, manipulate, model and analyse a wide range of datasets. It uses the Python programming language to learn how to work with numbers, strings and more complex data formats, and to perform basic mathematical modelling or statistical analysis based on the data. Students will develop practical problem-solving skills through the use of publicly available datasets in a real-world data analysis project.
